Terms and Conditions
All deposit amounts will be non-refundable.
Partial refunds may be considered if we are notified a full 12 weeks prior to the start of the event. This notice is to be sent in full to our email firstname.lastname@example.org. The email should include, your full name, full address, the email address used for the booking, and a brief reason as to why you are requesting the refund.
If you wish to cancel 10 weeks before the booked event is to take place, we cannot offer a refund.
If you wish to move your booking to a future event, discussions can take place to help this new change take effect. However, this is at the discretion of the team and must be notified via email.
Any changes or cancellations by Us (The Organisers)
If for any reason beyond our control the event requires cancellation, all monies that have been paid to date will be refunded in full, however, should you wish to transfer to one of our upcoming events we will transfer your payment and give you first access.
In the first instance of cancellation, we will email all paying attendees to inform them of the cancellation and then proceed
All information hosted on this website is subject to changes which will allow us the event organisers, to bring you the best retreat experiences.
We do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen personal items. Please ensure all valuables are in a secure place or kept on your person.
We are very aware that we are living in unprecedented times and at any moment there may be health restrictions such as faced with the COVID pandemic. Ift any such events occur during the times of the event, we will ensure that we follow all Government guidelines and legislation set in place.
Should you be showing any signs of COVID at the time of the event we request that you conduct a lateral flow test which must be negative> We request that photographic evidence of this negative test be sent to us at email@example.com.
We reserve the right to cancel your stay if you display disruptive or threatening behaviour towards anyone be it the organisers or guests attending the event. No refund will be given.
Allergen & Dietary Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that we are FULLY informed of any dietary requirements you have. You will be sent a booking form after your first payment is made, or once your full payment is made that will require you to inform us of your pertinent information. Please ensure that this information is included.
Please ensure that you have the necessary emergency treatments on your person at all times and it is best practice to inform us or show one of the retreat leaders how to administer your treatment in an emergency.
Please note that all the fees on our website are in GBP (£) as we are based in the UK, we have an installed currency converter which converts the prices to the nearest dollar amount. If you don't see your currency then drop us an email and we will get it sorted for you.
